We are, ENERLIFE PTE., LTD sister company of PT Kaldu Sari Nabati Indonesia with our popular product “Richeese” urgently needs:


  •     Male / Female, max. age 40 years old
  •     Bachelor degree for any major
  •     At least 3 years experience as a Country Manager for FMCG, preferably with experience in sales and marketing in the respective local market
  •     Manage and set up all operation from sales, marketing, finance, and human resource
  •     Managing profit and loss for the business
  •     Willing to be placed in China / India / Malaysia / Myanmar / Nigeria / Philippine
  •     English fluency is a must, able to speak in local language is an added plus point
  •     Good understanding in Financial perspective
  •     Prepare business plan, strategic plan, and initiatives (yearly, 3 years)


Job Duties

  •     Develop standard processes and work flow from target companies research, approach, acquisition and integration process.
  •     Execute project plans and schedules from initiation through delivery, including control and status reporting, team management, troubleshooting and problem resolution.
  •     Coordinate in valuation, due diligence on finances, operation and intangibles such as patents, copyrights, etc).
  •     Facilitate fact-based decision-making process for prioritization of activities.
  •     Partner and collaborate with the integration team and of other functions (i.e. Sales, HR, IT, Operations, etc.) throughout the process. 

  •     Assist in the funding and acquisition scheme.
  •     Effectively communicate with stakeholders ranging from staff to executive level to ensure satisfaction with project management processes.  


  •     At least a bachelor degree and 5 years of professional experience.

  •     M&A due diligence and integration experience.  Prefer 2 - 3 acquisitions and/or JV integrations completed.
  •     Comfortable in dealing with senior executives or shareholders level
  •     Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage well through ambiguity and complexity. 

  •     Excellent analytical skills.
  •     Excellent communication, facilitation, team building and negotiating skills.

  •     Male, max. age 35 years old
  •     Diploma / Bachelor degree (all fields, preferably from Hospitality)
  •     At least 3-5 years experience in hospitality management, preferably with experience in managing resort and lounge.
  •     Strong interpersonal & leadership skill, adaptable character.
  •     Independent and team project management.
  •     Very resourceful & detail oriented, self starter, creative, “get things done” attitude.
  •     Willing to be placed in Bali.

  •     Male / Female, max. age 30 years old
  •     Bachelor degree from all fields.
  •     At least 1 years experience in executive search.
  •     Strong analytical thinking for mapping the candidate that meet the client’s requirement.
  •     Creative & have any networkings.
  •     Detail oriented, assisting interview schedule arrangement.
  •     Conducting headhunting process, starting frim identifying the competitors, justify potential name & personal contact, selling the position(s) to attract candidate’s interest.
  •     Ready work immediately and willing to be placed in Bintaro
