MARINE CARGO EXECUTIVE
General Responsibilities:

Deliver information to clients and insurers (underwriter) and provide argumentation/ justification when necessary Maintain clients by understanding their needs and requirements; Monitor and update clients database Arrange Marine Surveys Assist and follow up with claims process and any other administration process.

General qualifications:

•     Bachelor degree
•     Have insurance knowledge in particular for marine insurance.
•     Minimum 3 years practical experience and strong knowledge in related positions.
•     Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
•     Good communication and interpersonal skills.
•     Computer literate

BROKING ASSISTANT
Key duties:

•     Gathering information from clients, assessing their insurance needs and risk profile and advising clients on insurance program suitable to their needs.
•     Renewing or amending/improving existing policies’ terms and conditions to meet the clients’ needs.
•     Building and maintaining ongoing relationships with clients including scheduling and attending meetings and understanding the nature of clients’ businesses.
•     Negotiating with underwriters to find the most suitable insurance for clients at the best price.
•     Administrative tasks such as dealing with paperwork, correspondence and keeping detailed records.
•     Give assistance to claim division when necessary and assist to collect the outstanding premium.

Qualifications:

•     At least Diploma Degree from reputable universities with min. GPA 2.75 (scale of 4).
•     Minimum 3 years practical experience in broker/general insurance would be preferable.
•     Attractive, good interpersonal and excellent communication skill.
•     Good command of English both oral and written.
•     Computer literate, ability to work in computerized environment.

BROKING EXECUTIVES
in various segments : Financial & Banking, Forestry & Agriculture and  General Industries
