PPIC MANAGER

Job Responsibilities

•     To coordinate disposition of production planning and scheduling.
•     To coordinate with marketing for status of order and inquiry.
•     Responsible for organizing staff and monitoring activities in inventory control and production scheduling.
•     To consolidate with purchasing and cost analyst to determining the most cost effective inventory quantity levels.
•     Monitoring activities involving scrap and obsolescence of products.
•     Review vendor quotations, recommend manufacturing approval for questionable items.
•     To coordinate and maintain of purchase order requisition.
•     Issuing monthly report.
•     To plan material for yearly budget.

Requirements

•     Diploma or University Degree with at least 3 years of experience in PPIC or 5 years in Production.
•     Good knowledge in Production Planning & Inventory Controller
•     Good knowledge in SAP/Axapta or other ERP software will be an advantage
•     Knowledge in 5S/5R will be an advantage
•     Excellent in Computer & Internet
•     Strong and equipped with great leadership, interpersonal, presentation, negotiation and communication skill
•     Good initiative, fast learner, able to work in team and able to work in under pressure situation
